James attended St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in his hometown Akron, Ohio. LeBron James was easily the best player in his school. Despite that, he never let basketball hamper his studies. According to his teachers, James was a very diligent student who always performed well.

 

 

“He did his homework, always. He didn’t have late assignments and he didn’t have stuff missing. That was his work ethic in basketball and it was his work ethic in school,” according to his teacher Barbara Wood.
